This Position is open for any ideal candidate with the following Qualifications

Job Description: Supervising all activities involved in manufacturing cutting, printing  and storing of Blown film products. The candidate will be responsible for reporting to management on a daily basis with detailed production reports. The candidate will also be in charge of coordinating production schedules to meet sales demands. Weekly maintenance reports will also have to be made on machines under his control. Candidate will also be requested to manage all coordinating plans between different shifts. Lastly and most importantly, the candidte will be in directly responsible for ALL Quality controls Associated with the Film Department, this involves being meeting deadlines, non faulty printing, perfect cutting and maintenance size and thickness.  This Job is extremely Difficult and will require a tremendous amount of motivation and drive. 

Job Requirements:  
must be Self motivated
must have previous experience in all aspects of Blown Film manufacturing (printing,cutting, producing....etc)
must be a Good Communicator
must be a Natural Leader
must be able to perform under pressure
must have Good Basic Technical knowledge of how Cutting, printing, and Blown film machines work
English is a MUST!  Hindi and Malayalam is an advantage
Must have good work ethic
